OVERALL FEATURES

EZ-INSTALL TREAD is ABEAR Industrial’s standard ceramic pulley lagging solution. It delivers good traction across all operating conditions and offers a long service life.

EZ-Install Tread is specifically designed for remote, on-site installation. Its unique flexibility makes it an ideal, cost-effective option for stockholding. Where CAPEX budgets are limited and pulley lagging wear is a concern - particularly on non-drive pulleys - EZ-Install offers a practical and efficient solution.

The Alumina Ceramic Tiles are engineered for maximum traction and belt protection. Embedded within semi-independent tread blocks, they deliver superior grip while minimizing wear on the conveyor belt.

The tread blocks and grooves are engineered for efficient material expulsion, ensuring exceptional traction under demanding conditions.
