Our Journey
2016
Founded in early 2016, we began research and development on our production processes and industry-leading cold-bonding technology. Our first manufacturing run took place in December that year, with a dedicated team of just six members.
2018
With growing demand - particularly from pulley OEMs - we relocated to our current premises. Our team expanded to around twenty members, and over the following years we began enlarging our production facility to include an additional two presses and extruder.
2024
After an intensive R&D phase, we expanded with a new HV facility -featuring a process unique in the pulley lagging industry. This breakthrough delivers unmatched quality and turnaround times. Our team now exceeds sixty members.

We don’t just fill positions, we groom talent from within. Several of our current supervisors began as general workers and now lead successful day or nightshift teams of 8 to 20 people. This approach to succession planning ensures continuity, loyalty, and deep operational understanding at every level.
